Birthday Parties at Over The Moon!
Your child will love celebrating their special day at Over the Moon! We offer a number of options so you can choose the party that is right for you. Each party has a dedicated host so you can relax and enjoy!
Kids will run, play, climb, and explore in the play space, followed by time for cake or food in a private party room decorated with a birthday banner and streamers. You may bring in your own food and/or cake, or purchase add-ons when booking (or later). Additionally, the birthday child will receive a special birthday t-shirt!
Birthday parties are 1 hour and 50 minutes, which allows plenty of time for play and celebration!

Birthday Party Policies:
If you've never been to Over The Moon for Open Play, you're welcome to stop by any time to take a look, see the party rooms, etc.
Parties with Private Rooms will have other concurrent parties or a limited amount of Open Play going on in the play space. Only booking a "Fully Exclusive Party" guarantees you will be the only people in the play space.
Birthday parties can be booked online for weekends in the next four months. Please contact us if you would like a party farther out.
We know that grandparents and other special adults are an important part of the celebration. There is no charge for adults.
If more children attend than the number included in your package, the difference will be charged after your party. Please note each package does has a limit. Kids ages one (12 months) and up are counted in the total.
If your party is for multiple birthday kids (twins, siblings, friends, etc), additional birthday shirts may be purchased for $15 each.
If the birthday family is sick, we are happy to reschedule or provide a full refund (minus any food costs we have already incurred).
We know that life happens. Parties cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance will receive a refund of all but a $50 administrative fee. Parties cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance will not be refunded.
All families must sign our online waiver before playing. A link will be sent in your confirmation email.
Shoes are not allowed in the play space, but socks are required. Please remind your guests to bring socks, or they are available to borrow or for purchase.
You may arrive 15 minutes before the start of your party for any setup you'd like to do in your party room. There will be black tablecloths on the tables when you arrive. Glitter, confetti, piñatas, and alcohol are not allowed. We clean rooms between each use, but any excessive cleaning required (like glitter/confetti or gratuitous mess) will be charged a $50 extra cleaning fee. For safety, balloons are allowed in your party room but not in the play space, and you must take them with you when you leave.
Your party ends an hour and 50 minutes after it starts. Please be considerate of the party after you by helping us ensure that you and your guests depart at that time so that we have sufficient time to clean and prepare for the next party (and so our employees can go home to their families on time). Parties which have not departed by 10 minutes after the end of the party will be charged a late departure fee of 15% of the total cost of the party for each 10 minute period between the end of the party and the actual departure.
Pizza is not available for parties that start before 11:30am. Earlier than that, if you have added pizza, or your package includes it, we will refund that portion of your purchase.
Please no tipping. We are proud to pay a living wage to all of our employees and tipping isn't fair to employees who aren't working during birthday parties.
Add-on activities
Totally optional and not needed to have a blast, but fun if you want to add a little something extra. You can add it when you book or any time until a few days before your party. We'll confirm with you later which activity you would like.
Design Your Own Exoplanet (Ages 2-10) - There are billions of planets in our solar system, most that have never even been seen. Imagine and create one of your own.
Straw Rockets (Ages 3-8) - Design a rocket and use the power of your own breath through a straw to launch it towards outer space.
Make your Own Flying Contraptions (Ages 5-10) - Birthday party goers will make and test nifty flying contraptions by following simple instructions to cut, fold, tape and staple their creations to make them flight-worthy.
STEM Tower Challenge (Ages 5-10) - What can you build with simple household items? We’ll divide your party into teams to see who can make the tallest tower with just tape and straws.
